Aciculognatha (lit. "needle jaws") is a clade of herbivorous Malacaformes.
Aciculognathans are herbivorous Malacoformes, with their diet consisting of Chemophyta vascular fluid. Their most distinguishing feature is their long, serration ringed proboscis, which they use to pierce through plants' outer cuticles and suck out the vascular fluid.
While their level of diversity is rarely touched upon, they are presumed to possess a wide degree of biodiversity.
