Prenobrachidae (lit. "sloping arms") are semiaquatic Megalobrachids native to equatorial swamps.
Descendants of the Archemegalobrachids, Prenobrachids are semiaquatic herbivores, living on marsh vegetation. Their eyes and spiracles are located further up their dorsal surface compared to other Megalobrachids.
While not as large as the Titanopoda clade, Prenobrachids still constitute some of the largest animals within the swamps, measuring around 2m in height and 4m in length.
Their main predators are the Trachygnatha.
